THE SCHEDULE The Burnyzz VIP Spot runs every month on a rolling schedule shown on this website. Entries and voting run together and both close on the date shown. The winner parks in the VIP Spot at that month's Burnyzz Cars & Coffee (third Saturday of the month, 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 1 Aspen Rd, Ocala, FL). Entries received after a month closes go into the next month's contest. ENTERING 1. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or to vote. 2. One vehicle entry per person (one email address) per monthly contest. 3. You must own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to enter it, and you must own the photo or have permission to use it. 4. Submit one clear photo of the whole vehicle (JPG, PNG or WEBP). 5. Entries go into the public gallery right away. Entering early gives your ride more time to collect votes. 6. Burnyzz may remove or disqualify any entry at any time, including entries with inappropriate content, photos that are not of the entered vehicle, or incomplete information. VOTING 7. Votes are accepted only during the voting period shown on this website (Eastern Time). 8. One vote per person per monthly contest, using one email address. Variations of the same email address (added dots or "+" tags) count as the same voter. 9. Votes must be cast on the Burnyzz VIP Spot website. Likes, comments, shares and messages on social media do not count as votes. 10. Votes are final and cannot be changed or moved to another vehicle. 11. Votes from bots, scripts, fake or disposable email addresses, or any automated or bulk method will be removed. Buying, trading or rewarding votes is not allowed. Entries that benefit from this activity may be disqualified. 12. Entrants may share their vehicle link and ask friends, family and followers to vote. WINNING 13. After voting closes, Burnyzz confirms the official winner. The vehicle with the most valid votes wins unless it is disqualified under these rules. Ties are decided by Burnyzz staff. Burnyzz's decision is final. 14. The winner is announced on this website and on Burnyzz social media, and is contacted by email or phone. The winner must confirm by 5:00 PM the day after the announcement, or the VIP Spot may be offered to the next-highest valid entry. 15. The winning vehicle (the same vehicle that was entered) must arrive at Burnyzz Cars & Coffee by 7:50 AM on VIP Spot day. 16. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS 17. By entering, you allow Burnyzz to display and share your vehicle photo, first name and last initial for promotional and contest purposes. 18. Contact information for entrants and voters is used only to run the contest. It is never displayed publicly and never sold. 19. Burnyzz may change, extend, pause or cancel the contest at any time. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
